This project investigates the emotional potential of materiality as a medium for spatial expression. Materials are selected for their historical and symbolic resonance, evoking collective and personal memories. The design juxtaposes weathered wood stairs, roof tile wall cladding, a red straw facade, bronze mullions, and curved gold brick walls to construct a narrative of nostalgia. Color operates as a critical element, amplifying the dialogue between texture and form, while the sequence of spaces choreographs an emotive spatial journey.
